I’m working on a few things right now: samples for my CIP certification, a baby blanket, a basket weave stitch scarf for my dad, a waffle stitch scarf for my mom, and the beautiful winter scarf from Crochet Society box #18. Perfect time for another project, right!? To be fair, this wasn’t so much a “project” as it was a little intermission from my longer-term makes. It worked up pretty quickly — it only took me about two and a half hours all together, and it absolutely delighted the recipient (my nephew).
So, what did I make? AN AMONG US AMIGURUMI! It was my first attempt at amigurumi, and I think it came out pretty well! If you’d like to make yourself or a special Among Us fan one of these cute little amigurumi crewmates, check out this video from Ami Amour (it’s also embedded below). It is so easy to follow, PLUS the pattern instructions are displayed during each stage of the project — which is great if you’re like me and still learning to connect written instructions. So helpful! I can’t wait to surprise my nephew with the body amigurumi!
